  30.           The unique user-ID of the new user (local accounts only)

  33.           The primary group-ID of the new user (local accounts only)

  35.      ----PPPP   Indicates that a password is to be added to the account.  The
  36.           command will prompt the user for the password.

  38.      ----EEEE   Indicates that a password is to be added to the account.  The
  39.           command will prompt the user for the password.  The difference
  40.           between ----EEEE and ----PPPP is that for ----EEEE the password specified is assumed
  41.           to be pre-encrypted and will be saved as is in the passwd file.  For
  42.           the ----PPPP option, the password specified is treated as plain text and
  43.           will be encrypted before being saved in the passwd file.
